The purpose of this form is to provide the simplest way we could think of for you to summit your piece and for us to keep track of it.  Also by submitting the text and information in this way you are agreeing to the following:

Once you fill out the following form and copy your story file text into the appropriate box below and click on that submit button, you are agreeing that Oak Valley Pres, Inc. or anybody else it may choose at a later date,  may use or not use any or all of the information submitted below in it's stated purpose, that of producing a book about Biking In Alabama.  It's your piece, you own it.  We just want to make sure that you understand that we are not now or will be in the future under any obligation to pay you in anyway for the reprinting and publishing of your work products (the stories and pictures).
